1. Application range of D series water based pigment dyeing color paste:

CAISON brand D series eco-friendly textile dyeing pigment color paste is applied to pigment dyeing cotton, linen, polyester, acrylic and various blend fabric. Typical uses: Garment dyeing﹑yarn dyeing﹑fabric dyeing and etc.

1).Colors with brilliance and brightness; convenient in color matching; simple and short process;

2).Conform to Oeko-Tex 100（Class II）Standard of International Association for Research & Testing in the field of Textile Ecology (contents restriction of formaldehyde and heavy metal, APEO, phthalates and 24 kinds of prohibited aromatic amines);

3).Conform to REACH Regulations of SVHC limited standards with 163 kinds substances;

4).D-X00X is high performance pigment paste, with excellent light fastness and heat resistance fastness；

3. Pigment color paste instructions of using:

①.Conditions explanation for testing on formaldehyde, heavy metal, phthalates, APEO and 24 kinds of prohibited aromatic amines:

All testing are depended on printed pure cotton cloth with 10% pigment paste of water paste. If the customer exceeds the above conditions, please make the sample testing before mass production;.

②.Please stir pigment paste before use; If some deposition appears after long term storage, the products can be used through fully stirring and filtrating;

③.Our products are eco-friendly pigment paste. When use them with other auxiliaries and materials, please consider the environmental issues, no residue limited substances on operated equipment, in order to avoid secondary pollution causes environmental risks;
